Q: IS YOUR MEAT LOCALLY SOURCED?
A: All of the meat sold on our website is sourced locally & Delivered by your local Butchers.

Q: IS ALL THE MEAT ON YOUR WEBSITE FRESH AND HAS IT BEEN FROZEN?
A: Everything sold to you on our website is fresh, it will all be freshly prepared on the day of packaging for delivery.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER  OUT OF YOUR ZONE AND IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
A: Yes we do deliver (please see our delivery page for more information) we have a minimum delivery order of £60.

Q: WHY IS THERE AN ODOUR WHEN OPENING THE PACKAGING?
A: Some of the meat will have been gas flushed which on opening will let off an eggy smell, this is quite normal and will disappear quickly.

Q: WHY HAS MY RED MEAT DISCOLOURED?
A: Due to the ageing process sometimes used, red meat can discolour. If the meat is vacuum packed it will have been starved or oxygen. On opening, it will return to its red colouring.

Q: IS YOUR ON-LINE PAYMENT SYSTEM SECURE?
